Terms and Condition:

1. A broker having a web site should accept the Real Estate leads for that city. He does not deal with loans, he can refer the loan to agents@agentsincalifornia.com

2. Agents/Brokers have to pay $1000 maintenance fee per year for each websites they purchased.

3. Purchase price for now is 5,000 dollar. If it paid before loosing a city to another broker, you can keep the free website as well.

4. HRD software inc, can change purchase price and maintenance free without any notice. These fees can not be changed retroactively.

5. If You purchase a Website you have 45 days to try it and if you do not like it your money will be refunded fully. The second time you purchase a website, there is no rescission period at all.

6. If the city you choose has more than 300,000 inhabitant, then you might share it with some other brokers, unless you pay $5000 for each 300,000 people in the city.

7.  You can send your referrals to some other brokers outside the network, but you have to accept a referral from a member and try to help your fellow brokers/agents. If you refuse to do so, your account will be suspended first time for a month, then for three months and third for six months etc and your leads goes to other brokers during this time.

 

How The System Works:

We have created an array of web sites. Each website is concentrating to collect real estate and loan leads for an specific cities.

 This web site is for City of Gilroy CA.

 Real Estate Agents and Broker can provide us with names of 9 cities that they can provide service for. We choose one city and create a free web site which target that city. All the leads from that web site will go directly to broker who has that city.  If a broker get a lead for other cities and he does not want to take care of that lead by himself. He can send an email to us.

We will check if there are any brokers in that city. If there is one, the broker who receives the lead will have to pay customary 25% to the broker that generate the lead at closing.

As more and more brokers join our system, we become stronger and generate even more leads.

Right now have a amazing 100,000+ web pages. Each new agent that join the system we will receive leads from 10,000 web pages, which target 16 keywords on his/her choice. He receive also a tool to promote the web site he/she controls.

What is the catch and where the money comes to promote these websites?

Here is the catch!

If a broker get free control of a 10,000 web pages all optimized to get search engine traffic. Then we can kick out him and get money from the new broker who want to pay for these 10,000 web pages. Once a website is sold, it is gone. A broker can go ahead and buy more than a websites from beginning. He will receive one websites for free for ever as if had paid for it.

So everybody is entitled to try the system for free once, until somebody else wants to pay for it.

So a broker who get one lead per month from a website and he knows the value of it, when/if he looses it, then he will buy the next one for sure. Because he will get only two chances. After he lost his web site he will  never be allowed to have a Free web site again.

This way there are always enough money to cover more cities.
